The website ispari.pt is aimed at all users who wish to purchase ISPARI products, anywhere, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
ISPARI does not guarantee the absence of computer viruses or any other situations that prevent access to the correct functioning of our website and the services inherent in it, in this sense it cannot be responsible for any damage caused and derived from the possible presence of viruses and other elements.
PRODUCT AND PRICE INFORMATION
The website ispari.pt you have information on the main characteristics of our products through detailed descriptions and photographs that demonstrate our products in detail. The colors of the products may change, due to the fact that they depend on the monitor and technology used by each user.
The prices defined in all articles on our website are presented in euros, with VAT included, at the rate in force in Portugal. ISPARI reserves the right to change prices, information, promotions and sales conditions at any time.
The articles available on the website have limited stock, so they may fluctuate in availability without prior notice.
DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
ISPARI is a conscious production brand with zero waste, so orders can take up to 15 days to be delivered. In a normal situation where the parts are in stock, the shipment is made on working days, up to 3 days after confirmation and validation of orders. The postal service (CTT) is responsible for the deadline for delivery.
All articles on the website ispari.pt are available for order.
The delivery time for mainland Portugal is 2 to 5 working days.
The value corresponding to the shipping costs is automatically added to the total cost of the order, which you can view before finalizing the order. Shipping costs have the following costs:
- Mainland Portugal and Islands: € 3.99 *
- European Union: € 7.00
* Free shipping costs from 45 €.
After placing your order, make sure that you receive a confirmation email in the order registration email. The order will be sent to the indicated address, the address being the sole responsibility of the customer.
ISPARI is not responsible for delays in the delivery of orders, due to strikes or conditions outside the brand. And if the packaging arrives damaged, the customer must report to the entity responsible for distribution.
Payment can be made through:
- Credit card (Visa, MasterCard);
- ATM reference;
- Google Pay;
- American Express.
All payment options are available at checkout. In the case of payment by Multibanco Reference and MbWay, you will receive the information by e-mail after order completion and the order will only be processed after receipt of payment confirmation.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
ISPARI accepts the exchange of items, in case the customer is not satisfied or if he presents any type of defect, within a maximum period of 15 days after receiving the order. We do not accept returns.
For the purpose of exchange, contact us via email email@example.com, indicating the order reference and the item intended for exchange.
ISPARI only accepts the exchange of the article if it remains in perfect condition, as it was sent to the customer: without any sign of use and in its original packaging.
Exchanges will be made within 5 days useful from the moment of receipt of the article. As long as the item intended for exchange is in stock.
Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer, except for mistakes or errors on the part of ISPARI.
